To enrol on this course, learners should:

• Be aged 19 or over
• Have a Level 4 or 5 teaching qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Be currently working in an education or training setting
• Have opportunities to observe and provide feedback on teaching practice
• Be confident in literacy and reflective writing
